Good Food Festival Presentation

We are excited to be presenting a short workshop “Making Cheese, Tofu, and Tofu Cheese” at the Good Food Festival.

When: Saturday, March 21 from 12:30-12:50pm

Where: UIC Forum, 725 W Roosevelt Rd, Chicago, IL

Come learn to curdle milk, coagulate soybeans, and transform tofu into a vegan “cheeze”.
